By Car

A large multi-storey car park is available directly next to the HereEast site (Map attached). The entrance to the car park is on Eastway on the map. Enter the Car park and take the ramp to the first floor, you do not need to take a ticket on entry. Just enter your registration number in one of the machines before you leave and pay the appropriate fee.

By Rail, Underground, Overground, DLR or Bus

The nearest stations are:

Stratford station served by:

  • Docklands Light Railway (DLR)
  • Jubilee and Central lines
  • National Rail services operated by Greater Anglia and c2c
  • London Overground services

From Stratford Station we recommend you either take a taxi to HereEast, or walk through Westfield Shopping Centre to the free HereEast shuttle bus from Stratford International. The Shuttle Bus is a five minute journey, buses leave every 5-10 minutes. Please look for a HereEast minibus and explain you want to visit HereEast, this is the site location for HSSMI.

The HereEast Shuttle Bus stops at Stratford International, outside the DLR Station or Stratford City Station (outside entrance to Westfield)

Stratford International station served by:

  • Docklands Light Railway (DLR)
  • Southeastern High Speed 1 services from St Pancras International – 7 minutes to Stratford International. This is the fastest route from Central London and Oyster Cards can be used

Hackney Wick served by:

  • London Overground

From Hackney Wick cross the canal to the HereEast complex, walk along the canal toward the North, away from the Olympic Stadium. turn right in at the north of HereEast and follow the sign to Loughborough University reception.

On foot or by bike

Alternatively, if it is a nice day there is a pleasant 20 minute walk to the site through the Olympic Park, look toward the main stadium and then follow the signs for ‘The Copperbox’ walk to the far end of the HereEast site and then follow the signs to the main Loughborough University reception.
